UPDATE: County government to resume operations tomorrow, most ISDs remain closed
Hays County operations will resume normal hours tomorrow, January 27, 2026. All county offices will be open and operating under their regular schedules. Please note that Wimberley ISD, Hays CISD and Dripping Springs ISD will remain closed tomorrow and San Marcos ISD will have a delayed start for the safety of students and staff.
