Please choose a time slot to book your appointment. We will expect you within that time range. Max Participants: 75 people Time Slots: 10:00am-12:00pm / 3:00pm-5:00pm Black Time=Available, Continue to book Appointment Gray Time=Unavailable/Full, Continue to Waitlist If you have questions about the process, please refer to the Appointment Guidelines on the first page. 1st Dose-04/08 & 04/09 2nd Dose-05/06 & 05/07 ; client must book 2nd dose date***
