Texas Disaster Impacts Self-Reporting Tool


***The objective of this survey is to identify damages across Texas, To help emergency management officials across the state gain an understanding of damages that have occurred during the recent winter weather.


Please submit one survey per impacted address.


Reporting damage to Emergency Management is a voluntary activity, it is not a substitute for reporting damage to your insurance agency, and does not guarantee disaster relief assistance.

If you need assistance with damage from winter shock, call the number above to ask for help. Crisis Cleanup will connect you with volunteers from local relief organizations, community groups and faith communities who may be able to assist with:

· Cut fallen trees

· Drywall, flooring and appliance removal

· Tarping roofs

· Mold mitigation

All services are free, but service is not guaranteed due to the overwhelming need. This hotline will remain open through March 5th 2021.
