If you have registered with Hays County for the COVID-19 vaccine and have ALREADY received your vaccine ELSEWHERE, please let us know!

Responses will assist in removing individuals who have received their first (1st) dose from our pre-registration list by allowing these doses to be allocated to other individuals who have not received it.
